What payment methods do you accept? TOP
Erica Burns Designs accepts Major Credit Cards, PayPal & Check or Money Orders.   You may mail checks or money orders to 1756 Wheyfield Drive Frederick, MD 21701.

What shipment methods do you use? TOP
All domestic orders (within the United States)  are shipped via USPS first class mail for a flat rate of $5.00.  You also have the option of priority or overnight shipping.  When you check out please select the type of shipping you'd like & you will get the rate for your expedited shipping service.  International shipping rates may vary by country, however most range between $10.00-$15.00.  Please email customer service for your country's rate.

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP

Most items are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of your cleared Pay Pal payment.  If your item will take longer then 2 business days you will be notified via email.  Custom items will take longer to ship.  You will receive an estimated ship date when your customized order is placed.

What is your return policy? TOP
It is our goal that our customers are 100% satisfied.  If you are not pleased with your purchase please return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Please email ericaburns@ericaburnsdesigns.com to notify us of the pending return.  Refunds are given in the form of refund of payment via Pay Pal, minus shipping & handling charges.

Will my email address or any other personal information be shared? TOP

Erica Burns Designs does not in any way share your personal information.  Any personal information obtained is for the use of Erica Burns Designs only.  Any changes in this policy will be displayed on this website.

My coupon code is not working, what should I do? TOP
You may have an expired code or it may have been changed due to fradulent use.  Please email customerservice@ericaburnsdesigns.com to check the validity of your code or receive a new code.

How do sign up for a wholesale account? TOP

Erica Burns Designs is always happy to welcome a new wholesale vendor.  In order to become a wholesale vendor please apply for an account by clicking on the wholesale link at the bottom of the page.  Once approved you will receive your wholesale password & rate.  You must operate a retail store to receive a wholesale account!
